  1. 1 package (24 oz., 3 cups) frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed

  2. 3 tablespoons cornstarch

  3. 1 Keebler Ready Crust Shortbread Pie Crust

  4. 1 1/4 cups whipping cream

  5. 1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar

  6. 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  1. Chill small mixing bowl and beaters of electic mixer.

  2. In medium saucepan stir together strawberries and cornstarch. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Pour into crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

  3. Meanwhile, in chilled bowl beat cream and powdered sugar on medium speed of electic mixer until stiff peaks form. Spread over strawberry mixture. Sift cocoa powder over top.
