  1. 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes , undrained

  2. 2 zucchini , quartered lengthwise, sliced

  3. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)

  4. 1/3 cup SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix

  5. 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

  6. 1-1/2 cups penne pasta , cooked

  1. HEAT oven to 375°F.

  2. COMBINE tomatoes and zucchini in 13x9-inch baking dish.

  3. MEASURE 1/3 cup coating mix; place in plastic bag. Use to coat chicken as directed on package. Place chicken over tomato mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan.

  4. BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Serve over pasta.
