  2. 1 small onion , minced

  3. 1 clove(s) garlic , minced

  4. 2 cup(s) cooked pinto beans , can use homemade or canned beans, rinsed and drained

  5. 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

  1. In 10-inch skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced onion and garlic and cook, stirring frequently 4 minutes, or until onion is tender.

  2. Add cooked pinto beans. Mash beans lightly with potato masher or large spoon until slightly lumpy and stir in salt. Cook, stirring frequently 5 minutes, or until beans are heated through.
