    1. 350 g 2 pcs

    4. 2 tsp Egg white

    5. 1 tbsp Sugar

    6. 1/4 tsp White pepper to taste Sauce Mix

    7. Double Deluxe Soy Sauce

    8. 1 1/2 tbsp Grape juice

    9. 7 tbsp Sugar

    10. 2 tsp Corn starch

    11. 1 1/2 tsp

    1. Mix fish with marinade and dust with corn starch. Deep-fry fish in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain and put on a serving plate.

    2. Bring sauce mix to the boil. Turn off heat. Stir in green grapes, strawberries and peach. Pour over fried fish.
