  1. 1 Tagarin Pasta - (see recipe)

  2. 1 cup 237ml Whipping cream

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Walnuts

  4. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Gorgonzola cheese - broken into Thumbnail-sized pcs

  1. Recipe Instructions Roll the Tagarin Pasta out to the thinnest setting on machine. Cut into 1/8-inch strips. Bring 6 quarts water to boil and add 2 tablespoons salt. In a 12-inch to 14-inch saute pan, heat cream and walnuts to boiling and remove from heat. Drop pasta into water and cook until tender, about 45 seconds. Drain well and toss into pan with nuts. Sprinkle with Gorgonzola cheese pieces, toss two or three times and serve immediately. This recipe yields 4 servings.
