  1. 2 cups 474ml Plain yogurt

  2. Zest and juice of 2 limes

  3. 1 cup 16g / 0.6oz Coarsely chopped fresh cilantro leaves

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Mustard oil

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cumin seeds

  6. 2 Garlic cloves - mashed

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Red pepper flakes

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Kosher salt

  9. 1 Striped bass fillet - (abt 3 lbs)

  1. In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the fish. Let stand for about 45 minutes to blend the flavors.

  2. Before grilling, cut the fish into servings, and set in a large baking dish, and cover with the yogurt marinade. Let stand for about 15 minutes.

  3. Remove the fish from the marinade and grill, basting frequently with the marinade. Fish is done when it flakes easily.

  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
