  1. 12 ounces spaghetti

  2. 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey

  3. 1/3 cup dry Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

  4. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  5. 2 eggs

  6. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  7. 1 teaspoon dried marjoram

  8. 3/4 teaspoon salt

  9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  10. 1 (26 ounce) jar marinara sauce

  11. 1/2 cup white wine or 1/2 cup water

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

  2. Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, eggs, parsley, marjoram, salt and pepper. Shape into 18 balls.

  3. To 12" skillet over medium-high heat, add sauce and wine. Bring to boil.

  4. Add meatballs. Over low heat, cook 10 minutes. Turn meatballs; cook until no longer pink in centers, about 15 minutes.

  5. Serve with spaghetti.
