  1. 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust

  2. 3 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese

  3. 1 teaspoon milk

  4. 1 quart fresh strawberries

  5. 3/4 cup water

  6. 1 cup sugar

  7. 4 tablespoons cornstarch

  8. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  9. red food coloring

  1. Blend cream cheese and milk together.

  2. Spread on bottom of pie crust.

  3. Cut up 1 cup prepared berries and simmer with 1/2 cup water for a few minutes.

  4. Mix sugar and cornstarch and lemon juice with 1/4 cup water and add to cooked berries, stirring until thick and clear. Add a few drops food color; Cool.

  5. Place rest of whole berries on cream cheese and pour mixture over this.

  6. Chill until ready to serve,at least 30 minutes.

  7. To serve, this can be topped with Cool Whip, fresh whipping cream with a touch of rum or brandy would be lovely as well -- .
