  9. 2 c White sugar

  10. 1 c Brown sugar, firmly packed

  11. 1 1/2 c Vegetable oil

  12. 1 tb Vanilla

  13. 2 c Shredded zucchini

  14. 1 c Shredded apple

  15. 1 1/2 c Chopped nuts

  16. 8 1/4 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake at

  17. 350 F. for 50-55 minutes or 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely. Wrap and store overnight. Makes

  18. 3 loaves (18 servings each).
