  3. 1 - egg white

  4. 1- Tbls water

  5. 1- cup white sugar

  6. A pinch of Nutmeg

  7. 1/2 - tsp ground cinnamon

  8. 3/4 - tsp salt

  1. Preparation :

  2. Preheat oven to 250 F Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

  3. In a bowl, beat together the water and egg white until frothy.

  4. In a Ziploc bag, mix together cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar and salt Put the pecans in with egg whites and coat evenly Remove the pecans and put them in the Ziploc bag and shake them in the sugar mixture.

  5. Spread the coated pecans out on the greased baking sheet.

  6. Bake at 250 F for 1 hour.

  7. Mix them around gently every 15 minutes.
