  1. Preparation : cut the pumpkin into thin slices and roast for 40 mins. cover the base in tomato paste and a bit of parmisan. put on the slices of pumpkin and dab on the sour cram then put on as much mozerella and parmisan as you like and cook for 20 mins at 220 celsius.
