  1. 4 pounds Spareribs

  2. 1/4 cup Ketchup

  3. 1 teaspoon Dry mustard

  4. 1/4 cup Dark rum

  5. 2 Cl Garlic; crushed

  6. 1 cup Brown sugar; packed

  7. 1/4 cup Soy sauce

  8. 1/2 cup Chili sauce

  9. 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  10. dash Pepper

  1. Wrap ribs in double thickness of foil and bak for 1½ hours at 350. Unwrap and drain drippings. Combine all ingredients and pour over ribs. Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. Bake at 350 for 30 min., basting with sauce, or grill 30 min., turning and basting.
