  1. 3 tablespoons 45ml Vegetable oil

  2. 1 Onion - chopped

  3. 2 Garlic - minced

  4. 1 1/4 cups 296ml Catsup

  5. 1/3 cup 78ml Cider vinegar

  6. 1/3 cup 78ml Worcestershire sauce

  7. 1/3 cup 53g / 1.9oz Brown sugar

  8. 2 teaspoons 10ml Chili powder

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Cayenne pepper

  1. Heat the oil in a medium saucepan and cook the onion and garlic, gently for 10 minutes. Add the catsup, vinegar, Worcestershire, brown sugar, chili powder, and cayenne, and mix well. Let simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
