  1. 12 Chicken drumettes

  2. Freshly ground pepper - to taste

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Honey

  4. Cayenne pepper - to taste

  5. 1 Garlic - finely minced

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Dijon mustard

  7. Whole wheat bread crumbs - very finely ground

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet. Remove as much skin as possible from drumettes. Sprinkle chicken with pepper.

  2. Combine honey, cayenne, garlic, and mustard. Brush mixture onto chicken, coating all sides lightly and evenly, then dip in bread crumbs.

  3. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake until light brown (about 30 minutes). Serve hot.

  4. Makes 12 drumettes.
