  1. 1 c. flour

  2. 1/2 c. quick oats

  3. 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar

  4. 1/4 c. chopped nuts

  5. 1 3/4 tsp. cinnamon

  6. 1/2 c. melted butter

  7. 1 c. Libby's solid pack pumpkin

  8. 3/4 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk

  9. 1 slightly beaten egg

  10. 1/3 c. sugar

  11. 1/2 tsp. allspice

  12. 1/4 tsp. salt

  1. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, nuts and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Add butter; mix until crumbly. Press into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over crust.

  2. Bake in slow 325 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, cool completely.

  3. Cream Cheese Topping: Beat together until fluffy 1 (8 ounce) package of softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup orange marmalade. Spread over cooled bars. Garnish with crushed granola, chopped nuts or orange peel, cut into 32 bars.
