  1. 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese -- - at room -- temperature

  2. 1 tablespoon butter -- at room temperature

  3. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  4. 1 large shallot -- minced

  5. 4 teaspoons caraway seeds

  6. 4 teaspoons paprika

  7. 4 teaspoons capers -- drained --garnish--

  8. 2 tablespoons chopped chives

  1. Preparation : In a food processor or a bowl, combine all ingredients except capers. Process or mix until very well blended. Add capers and blend in for a few seconds. Chill.
