  1. 1 1/2 lbs. extra lean ground beef

  2. 2 lbs. Queso Blanco processed cheese loaf, cubed

  3. 1 - 14 oz. jar extra thick medium salsa

  4. 1 - 8 oz. can no-salt tomato sauce

  5. 2 tsp. chopped garlic

  6. 3/4 cup heavy cream

  7. 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

  8. 12 oz. shredded sharp white cheddar

  1. Brown the ground beef in a 5 qt. dutch oven and add the salsa, tomato sauce, garlic and taco seasoning mix. Stir to combine and add the cubed cheese, turning heat to medium-high, and stir until beginning to melt. Add the heavy cream and continue to stir until the cheese is melted; add the shredded cheddar cheese and continue stirring until completely melted. Serve immediately or transfer to a 4 qt. crock pot and keep warm until ready to eat. Serve with tortilla chips and Viva towels, tucked into your shirt collar, to catch all the drips.
