  1. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  3. 3 cups 711ml Tomato juice

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fresh lemon juice

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml White horseradish

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Worcestershire sauce

  1. Combine sugar and water in small saucepan; cook over medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool mixture to room temperature.

  2. Pour sugar syrup into large bowl; stir in remaining ingredients.

  3. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. (For a granita, freeze mixture in freezer).
