  1. 1 cup 237ml Dry white wine

  2. 3 cups 711ml Water

  3. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar

  4. 1 Cinnamon stick

  5. 1 Bay leaf

  6. 4 Whole cloves

  7. Whole allspice - to taste

  8. Peppercorns - to taste

  9. 6 oz 170g Dried apricots

  10. 6 oz 170g Dried pitted prunes

  11. 2 oz 56g Golden raisins

  12. 1 cup 237ml Cut up fresh seasonal fruit - (to 2)

  13. Garnish

  14. Fresh mint

  15. Plain or vanilla yogurt

  16. Sliced almonds

  1. Combine wine, water, sugar and spices and bring to a boil. Add apricots, prunes and raisins, cover and bring back to a simmer. Remove from heat and cool.

  2. Stir in fresh fruit of choice and garnish with mint, yogurt and almonds.

  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
