  1. Potatoes: 2

  2. Capsicum (Bell pepper) 1 cup, sliced

  3. Onion: 1 cup

  4. Chili powder: 1 tbsp

  5. Salt (to taste)

  6. Asafoetida a pinch

  1. •Clean and chop potatoes, capsicum and onion in same size.

  2. •Heat oil and do seasoning with mustard, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.

  3. •Saute onion till it turns brownish.

  4. •Add salt, chili powder and asafetida.

  5. •Now add capsicum and potatoes.

  6. •Deep fry them in low flame.
