  1. 1 Chicken - cut into 8 pieces 1 cup 237ml Ketchup

  2. 1/4 cup 40g / 1.4oz Firmly packed brown sugar

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml White vinegar

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Instant minced onion

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Worcestershire or steak sauce

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dry or 2 tablespoons prepared mustard

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat the oven to 350F. Place the chicken in a 9" x 13" baking dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray and bake for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Coat the chicken with the sauce mixture and place on the grill. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the juices run clear and no pink remains, turning halfway through the grilling.
