  1. 2 cups all-purpose flour

  2. 2 cups rolled oats (not quick cooking)

  3. 1 cup packed brown sugar

  4. 1 tsp. baking soda

  5. 1 cup butter, melted Topping:

  6. 300 grams milk chocolate chips

  7. 1 cup slivered almonds

  8. 225 grams Skor toffee bits

  9. 1 1/3 cups caramel sundae sauce

  10. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

  1. Crust: Combine first 4 ingredients. Add butter. Reserver 1 1/4 cup mixture for topping. Press remaining into a greased 13x9 baking pan and bake at 350F for 15-20 min. or until golden. Topping: Combine first 3 ingredients and sprinkle over base. Mix together caramel sauce and flour until smooth; pour over crust. Sprinkle reserved oats on top and bake for an additional 20-25 min. or until golden. Cool before cutting into squares.
