  2. 1 Dates

  3. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Brown sugar

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  5. 2 cups 396g / 13oz Icing sugar

  1. Recipe Instructions Place graham wafers in bottom of 9 x 9 inch pan, set aside. Cook dates with the brown sugar until soft, remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool. Spread on the layer of wafers in pan, then cover with more wafers. Can be iced with chocolate icing.
