  2. 2 Chicken breasts - boned And diced

  3. 3 cups 711ml Tomato juice

  4. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Onion - diced

  5. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Celery - diced

  6. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Green pepper - diced

  7. 2 Apples - cored and sliced but Peeled

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chili powder

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml No-salt seasoning

  10. 20 Garlic - minced

  11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cumin

  12. 1 teaspoon 5ml Basil

  13. 3 Tabasco sauce

  14. 2 Kidney beans - (14 oz each), undrained

  1. Recipe Instructions In a Dutch oven, heat the oil and brown the chicken slightly. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the kidney beans and simmer for 1 hour. Add the kidney beans and simmer for an additional hour, or until the chili reaches the desired thickness.
