  1. 10 cups 400g / 14oz Fresh mint leaves - coarsely chopped

  2. 4 oz 113g Peeled white radish or red radishes

  3. 10 Fresh hot green chiles - (to 12) coarsely chopped

  4. 1 Onion - chopped (small)

  5. 2 1/2 teaspoons 12ml Salt - , or to taste

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh lime or lemon juice - (to 3 tbsp)

  1. Recipe Instructions PREPARATION: Combine all the ingredients in the container of an electric blender and blend, adding 2 or more tablespoons of water as needed. NOTE: This chutney is served in the Punjab with fried fish and all manner of kebabs. You may serve it with any Indian meal. The radish flavor makes it very unusual and appealing.
