    1. 1 box any chocolate cake mix

    2. ingredients for cake

    3. Icing:

    4. 2 C sugar

    5. 2 C butter

    6. 1 C milk

    1. Bake cake as directed. You may do rounds and layer or you can make a sheet cake.

    2. For icing, combine all ingredients in heavy saucepan. Cook for 1 hour over low heat, but slowly boiling. It will turn a caramel color. Stir occasionally so it does not over boil.

    3. Remove from heat and hand beat until thick and spreadable.

    4. Ice the cake and serve!
