  1. 3 lbs. of meat (round roast)

  2. 4 midium fresh tomatoes

  3. 1/2 small onions

  4. 1/2 bunch of cilantro

  5. Soy sauce

  6. Salt and pepper

  1. Cut the meat into medium pieces and place the meat in a slow cooker. Add salt pepper and 1/2 cup of soy sauce. In a blender, chop the fresh tomatoes, onion and cilantro, add the mix to the meat and cook it for 2 to 3 hrs or till tender. You can also cook it in the oven. Yield: serves 5 Notes: You can serve it in taquitos with corn or flour tortillas. Guacamole can be added if desired. You can also use your choice of hot salsa on it.

  2. It can also be served it with mash potatoes and green salad insted of making it into taquitos.
