  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Water

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Unflavored gelatin

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Nonfat powdered milk

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla extract

  5. 1 cup 237ml Ice water

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Liquid sugar substitute

  1. In a small skillet, add the water; sprinkle gelatin on top.

  2. After the gelatin has soaked in, stir over low heat until clear; cool. In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk, vanilla, ice water, and sugar substitute; mix well.

  3. Add the gelatin mixture and whip until fluffy with a wire whisk or electric beaters. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  4. This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
