  2. CROCK POT ROAST BEEF

  6. 5 lb Chuck roast

  7. 2 cn French Onion Soup

  8. 16 oz Beer

  9. 2 oz Whiskey

  10. 2 Beef bouillon cubes

  11. Braise roast in 400F. oven for one hour. Add all

  12. ingredients together with roast in crock pot. Stir a

  13. bit and simmer 4-5 hours.

  14. Note: Roast can be cut up in chunks to fit in

  15. crockpot- after simmering total time it will be very

  16. tender and broken in pieces. May be served on buns
