  1. 200 gm. slice of yellow pumpkin

  2. 200 gm. slice of white pumpkin

  3. 1 sprig dill leaves, finely chopped

  4. 1/2 cup cream

  5. 1 tsp. sugar

  6. 1/2 tsp. pepper freshly milled

  7. salt to taste

  8. 1/2 tsp. butter

  9. dill or mint to garnish

  1. Peel and chop both pumpkins together. Pressure cook with 1 cup water till soft.

  2. Blend with an electric handblender. Pass through a sieve, add 1 cup water.

  3. Put in a deep vessel, bring to boil. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, reduce heat.

  4. Add salt, pepper, butter, sugar, dill leaves. Stir take off fire.

  5. Add half fresh cream, stir till well blended. Serve hot.

  6. Add a swirl of cream in individual serving bowls, after pouring hot soup.

  7. Garnish with a teeny bit of dill or mint herb
