  2. 10 oz Pkg frozen green peas

  3. or chicken or combination

  4. 2 c Cooked chopped shrimp, ham

  5. drained 8 oz Can sliced bamboo shoots

  6. 1 tb Chinese soy sauce

  7. 1 Bag cooked boil-in-bag rice

  8. 1 c Coarsely chopped scallions

  9. 2 ts Butter

  1. + In large frying pan or wok, heat oil, Add scallions and cook over high heat, 30 seconds, stirring until wilted.

  2. Add remaining ingredients, except butter, cooking and stirring 2 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat.

  4. Stir in butter.
