  1. Fresh or frozen mixed berries - 1 1/2 cup

  2. milk - 3/4 cup

  3. Low fat yogurt - 1/8 cup

  4. orange juice - 2 tbsp, freshly squeezed

  5. honey - 1 tbsp

  6. Flaxseed or wheatgerm - 1 tbsp

  7. sugar - 2 tsp (Or to taste)

  1. Add all the above ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Check for sugar, add more sugar or honey if required.

  2. Pour into glasses and serve cold.
