  2. 2 large eggs

  3. 3/4 cup milk

  4. 1/4 cup water

  5. 1 tbsp. melted butter

  6. 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. all purpose flour

  7. 1/4 tsp. salt

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease six 2/3 cup popover tins or nine 1/2 cup muffin tins. Whisk together eggs, milk and water in a medium bowl to blend. Whisk in butter, flour and salt. Mix until blended-batter will still be slightly lumpy. Divide batter among prepared tins and bake 45 minutes. Cut a slit on top of each popover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
