  1. 2 lbs boneless pork , cut into 1-inch pieces

  2. 1 (7 ounce) package shell macaroni , cooked and drained

  3. 2 cups celery , diced

  4. 2 medium onions , diced

  5. 1 cup green pepper , chopped

  6. 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

  7. 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

  8. 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces , drained

  9. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  10. 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos , drained

  11. 2 cups chow mein noodles

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the pork; drain.

  2. Add the next nine ingredients; mix well. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Top with chow mein noodles.

  3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until pork is tender.
