  1. 2 1/4 cups diced cooked turkey

  2. 2 cups chopped celery

  3. 2 cups chopped cored apples

  4. 1/4 cup raisins

  5. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  6. 2 tablespoons plain yogurt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  8. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  9. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  10. 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

  1. Combine turkey, celery, apples and raisins in a large bowl; set aside. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, yogurt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Fold into turkey mixture; season with salt and pepper. Keep refrigerated until serving time.
