  6. 1/4 cup onions -- minced

  7. 1/2 cup butter -- melted

  8. 1 1/2 quarts lightly packed cornbread crumbs

  9. 3/4 teaspoon salt

  10. 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning

  11. 1 teaspoon celery seed

  12. 3 tablespoons minced parsley

  13. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  14. simmer onions in butter until tender. Combine in a bowl, cornbread crumbs,

  15. salt, poultry seasoning, celery seed, minced parsely and pepper. Add to

  16. onion mixture and heat well with out browning. Stir frequently. Enough for a
