  1. 1 egg mixture -- (as in basic French -- omelet),see note

  2. 1 tablespoon butter

  3. 1/2 cup chicken livers -- sliced

  4. 2 tablespoons clear chicken broth

  5. 1 tablespoon Beurre Manie --see note

  1. Preparation : * Note: The recipes for "Basic French Omelet" and "Beurre Manie" are included in this database. In small skillet, heat butter. Add chicken livers and cook over brisk flame for 5 minutes, or until livers are browned. Add chicken broth. Bring to boil. Add "Beurre Manie" and continue cooking for 2 minutes, or until sauce thickens. Meanwhile, make omelet as in "Basic French Omelet." Before folding it, place liver mixture in center.
