  1. 1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into small bite size pieces

  2. 3 Tbsp flour Salt and pepper to taste

  3. 3 Tbsp olive oil Spicy steak seasoning (dry)

  4. 1 tsp ground red pepper

  5. 2 32 oz boxes beef broth

  6. 1 large pkg sliced mushrooms

  1. Add oil to pan and heat. Mix flour, salt, pepper, red pepper and steak seasoning. Toss chopped steak in the flour mixture then place in pan and brown slightly. Add beef broth to soup pot with steak; add mushrooms. Cook until bubbly and serve.
