  1. 1 lb skinless Chicken Breast

  2. 1 large Onion (finely chopped)

  3. 1 tsp Garlic puree

  4. 1 tbsp Tomato puree

  5. 1 tsp ground Cumin

  6. 1 tsp Turmeric

  7. 1 tsp Paprika

  8. 1 tsp Chilli powder

  9. 1 tsp Garam Masala

  10. 1 tsp Garlic powder

  11. 1 tsp Salt

  12. 1 tbsp dried Fenugreek leaves

  13. 1 tbsp fresh Coriander leaves

  14. 8 floz Water

  15. 1 floz Vegetable Oil

  1. Heat oil in large non-stick saucepan. Reduce heat and fry onion for 10 minutes.

  2. Stir in garlic puree, cumin, turmeric, chilli powder, paprika, garlic powder and salt. Stir in tomato puree and gently cook for a minute. Bring up the heat, add chicken to pan and fry until the chicken is sealed.

  3. Add the water and bring to the boil,stirring continually. Reduce heat and add the fenugreek and garam masala. Cook on low heat for 30 mins. Before serving,add the chopped coriander and stir in.

  4. Serve with basmati rice……..and enjoy!
