  1. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Cauliflower florets

  2. 1 Leek, white part only - (abt 6 oz)

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Soy sauce

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Water

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Sugar

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Olive oil

  7. 1/2 cup 118ml Straw mushrooms

  8. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Steamed rice

  1. Recipe Instructions Cut the cauliflower into thin lengthwise slices, slice the leeks horizontally into thin slices. Place in separate bowls. Combine the soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of water, and sugar in a small bowl. Heat the oil in a frying pan over high flame. Drop the leeks in the oil and cook, stirring for 30 seconds. Add the cauliflower. Add remaining tablespoon of water and cover, turn heat to medium and cook for 2 minutes. Uncover and add the straw mushrooms and sauce. Cook stirring for 2 more minutes. Serve over steamed rice. This recipe yields 2 servings.
