  1. 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

  2. 1/4 tsp. salt

  3. 1/2 c. milk

  4. 1/2 c. water

  5. 3 tsp. baking powder

  6. 1 tsp. vanilla

  7. 3 eggs

  8. 1 c. sugar

  9. 1. Separate yolk from white.

  10. 2. Cream salt with yolk and add sugar slowly until consumed.

  11. 3. Combine milk and water.

  12. 4. Add flour and milk alternately.

  13. 5. Beat egg white and fold with the batter.

  14. 6. Steam for 15- 20 minutes.

  15. 7. Do not grease muffin pan.
