  1. 2265 g cooked half ham

  2. whole cloves

  3. 392 g can whole berry cranberry sauce

  4. 2 tsp. finely grated orange peel

  5. 1/2 cup raisins

  6. 1 tsp. lemon juice

  7. 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Slice the skin from the ham and place fat side up on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Score the fat in a diamond pattern with a sharp knife. Stud the fat with whole cloves. Bake the ham 1 hour 50 minutes. Stir together the cranberry sauce, orange peel, raisins, lemon juice and cinnamon. Spread 1/2 of the cranberry mixture over the ham. Bake about 20 to 30 minutes until the ham reaches 140 to 150 degrees. Serve the ham with the remaining cranberry raisin sauce on the side.
