  1. 2 cups chicken or fish broth

  2. 1 cup sliced carrots

  3. 1/2 cup chopped celery

  4. 1 onion, chopped

  5. 1 clove garlic, minced

  6. 1/8 tsp. white pepper

  7. 1/2 tsp. salt

  8. 14 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained

  9. 1 cup frozen green beans, thawed and drained

  10. 3/4 lb. fish fillets, cut into 1" pieces

  1. In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except tomatoes and fish. Bring to a boil and simmer 5-7 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender. Add tomatoes and fish; simmer 10 minutes over medium heat until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
