  1. 1 lb. tender steak, very thinly sliced

  2. 1/4 cup butter or margarine

  3. 1 large clove garlic, mashed

  4. 3 large onions, chopped

  5. 2 small green peppers, chopped

  6. 1/4 cup dry sherry

  7. 1/4 cup sliced pimiento

  8. 1 to 2 tsps. salt

  9. 1/2 tsp. pepper

  10. 8 oz. Mueller's Thin Spaghetti

  11. 2 Tbs. vegetable oil

  12. Grated Parmesan cheese

  13. Makes 4-6 servings

  1. Method :

  2. In large skillet brown meat in butter with garlic; remove meat to warm platter.

  3. Add onion and green pepper to skillet and cook until crisp-tender; add sherry, pimiento and seasonings; return meat to skillet.

  4. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package; drain. Toss spaghetti with oil, then combine with meat-vegetable mixture.

  5. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
