  1. 4 lbs beef brisket

  2. 2 TBSP liquid smoke

  3. 1 TBSP onion salt

  4. 1 TBSP Garlic Salt

  5. 1 1/2 TBSP brown sugar

  6. 1 cup ketchup

  7. 3 TBSP Butter

  8. 1/4 cup water

  9. 1/2 tsp celery salt

  10. 1 TBSP liquid smoke

  11. 2 TBSP worcestershire sauce

  12. 1 1/2 tsp mustard power salt and pepper to taste

  1. Pour liquid smoke over brisket. Rub with onion salt and garlic salt. Roll brisket in foil and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place brisket in large roasting pan. cover and bake for 5-6 hours. Remove from oven, cool, and slice. Put slices back into pan.

  3. In a medium sauce pan, combine brown sugar, ketchup, butter, water, celery salt, liquid smoke,worcestershire, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook until bowling.

  4. Pour sauce over meat. Cover and bake 1 more hour.
