  2. 200g Penne pasta (pre-boiled ardente)

  3. 2 Table spoons chopped sun dried tomatoes

  4. 2 Table spoon sweet chili sauce

  5. 2 Table spoons Peanut oil

  6. 2 Table spoons Red lentil seeds

  7. 2 Table spoons Flax seeds

  8. 1 Cup Baby carrots

  9. 1 Cup Baby sweet corn

  10. 1 Cup green French beans

  11. 1 tsp chopped mint leaves

  12. 1 tsp chopped chives

  13. 1 tsp chopped rosemary leaves

  14. 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  15. 1/2 tsp chili seeds

  16. 1 tsp arrowroot powder

  17. 500ml Tomato sauce

  18. Salt and pepper

  19. Heat oven at 200 degrees Celsius.

  21. Pour sauce over ingredients and stir gently.

  22. Season ingredients with salt and pepper.

  24. 200 degrees.

  25. Stir half way. If sauce dries out to quickly, add 100ml water and stir gently before baking for the remaining time.

  28. Carrots are great to enhance blood flow and function of the eyes. Promotes weight loss, fights cancer, helps prevent constipation and protects the heart. Carrots contain beta-carotenes. Whilst the body converts beta-carotene into Vitamin A, this vitamin is essential for vision, growth and boosting your immunity.
