  1. 8 oz 227g Cream cheese - softened

  2. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Margarine or butter - softened

  3. 1 Garlic clove - minced

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Parsley - snipped

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Water

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml White wine vinegar

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Worcestershire sauce

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Herb de Provence - crushed

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Seasoned salt

  10. Fresh thyme -

  11. Assorted crackers

  1. In a medium bowl stir together cream cheese, margarine or butter, garlic, parsley, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, herb de Provence, and seasoned salt. Cover and refrigerate overmnight.

  2. To serve, garnish with fresh thyme, if desired. Serve with crackers.
