  1. 4 Chicken Breasts

  2. 1 can(s) Cream of Chicken Soup

  3. cup(s) Cooking Sherry , I buy cheapest Sherry at Liquor Store

  4. 1/2 cup(s) Shredded Cheese

  5. 1 cup(s) Uncooked Rice

  6. 1 tablespoon(s) Butter

  7. 1 small Diced Onion

  8. 1 Chopped Green Pepper

  9. 1/2 cup(s) Slivered Almonds

  1. Lay breasts in casserole, salt & pepper.

  2. Cover with soup & pour sherry over top.

  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.

  4. Bake in slow oven or crockpot 2 1/2-3 hours at 300 degrees. Serve with rice RICE Saute 1 T. butter, small diced onion, green pepper & 1 c. uncooked rice until onion and rice are slightly browned.

  5. Add 1/2 c. slivered almonds.

  6. Cover with water and cook until rice is tender. Serve with chicken.

  7. If you are letting your guest serve themselves, pour the sauce from chicken in a gravy boat and serve as you would gravy to be poured over the top of the rice.
