  1. 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

  2. 1 medium onion , chopped (1/2 cup)

  3. 8 ounces torn fresh spinach (6 cups)

  4. 1 tablespoon water

  5. 2 (6 ounce) boneless grilled chicken breast strips

  6. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)

  7. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  8. 1/4 cup bottled caesar salad dressing

  9. 4 pita bread rounds, split

  1. Coat a large skillet with nonstick spray. Add mushrooms and onion. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add spinach and the 1 tablespoon water to skillet. Cover; cook 1 minute until spinach just wilts.

  2. Stir in the cooked chicken and heat through. Add cheeses and salad dressing; toss. Serve with pitas. ?
