  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Nonfat mayonnaise

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Curry powder

  5. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Salt

  6. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Coarsely ground pepper

  7. 1 cup 237ml Seedless red grapes - halved

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh parsley - chopped

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sliced almonds - toasted

  1. Recipe Instructions Arrange cauliflower in a vegetable steamer over boiling water. Cover and steam 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Place cauliflower in a large bowl; let cool 10 minutes. Combine yogurt and next 4 ingredients; stir well with a wire whisk. Pour over cauliflower, and toss gently to coat. Add grapes and parsley, and toss gently. Sprinkle with almonds
